On Thursday, May 26th, The Children’s Foundation in Partnership with Strong Bro’s General Contracting presented the 18th annual Play a Round for the Kids Golf Tournament and raised over $51,000!!
Special Events Coordinator, Zoey Jouwstra says, “Thank you so much to all of the sponsors, donors, and volunteers who help make this event possible. This has been a well-supported tournament since the beginning and this year’s 18th annual was no exception. We consider ourselves so fortunate to be involved in such a generous community.”
Executive Director, Kim Henry commented, “The weather held out and we are so excited to be able to help so many children due to incredible on going generosity of our community.
On behalf of the children and youth of The Children’s Foundation thank you to everyone who supported the Play a Round for the Kids Golf Tournament.
The funds raised from this event will allow The Children's Foundation to support between 100 – 200 children depending on the activity of their choosing through our Playing for Keeps Program.
