What people are saying
“Cody LOVES hockey. He eats, sleeps and dreams it. Since he started playing 2 years ago he has come out of his shell. He has always been a shy little man but playing sports and being part of a team has helped him to overcome it. In the past 2 years he has won an award for Most Sportsmanlike Player and Most dedicated. He has learned how to become a team player as a result of his hockey experience as well. …this program is very near and dear to my heart because without it even my own child wouldn’t be able to play. We hold bake sales/book sales and BBQ’s at my place of employment during our campaigns to raise funds and our son….actually our whole family comes out to help with these events. We have tried to teach Cody the importance of giving back and he is more than willing to come out and help me at work with such events because he knows he’s helping not just himself but other children in our community to play sports. He claims one day when he becomes an NHL star lol that he will come to my store to sign autographs lol. He’s a great kid and really appreciates the things this program helps provide him with.”
