Thank you to the City of Belleville Grants Committee for providing $12,000 towards The Children’s Foundation programs to help at-risk children and youth in Belleville.
These funds are going towards programs like Camps of Hope. This programs provides funds for children and youth to attend camp, year round.
Due to restrictions of COVID-19, many camps have gotten creative by either providing services online or adjusting in other ways to make a camp like experience still possible for children.
The Children’s Foundation created “Summer Fun Kits” for children in 2020, and is on track to create more for summer 2021 for children to still be able to experience camp, safely at home.
Thank you to the City of Belleville! Together we are Helping One Child at a Time!
TCF is so happy to announce that we received $5,000 from the F.K. Morrow Foundation to support our Playing for Keeps, Camps of Hope and Reach for Success programs!!
This foundation provides funding to registered charities whose programs are within the field of social services, education, research, culture, arts, religion, health, the environment and community benefits.
We are so fortunate to be able to receive funds from organizations like this to help get us through these challenging times while still providing support for our local children and youth.
Together we are helping one child at a time because kids can’t wait!
