Kim Henry has a long history in the not for profit sector, serving various organizations and agencies for the past 16 years. Kim brings extensive fundraising experience, leadership and volunteerism in the highly competitive world of charitable fundraising and foundations.
That said, what impressed our personnel committee most, was Kim’s preparedness, her warmth and her “heart” – pulsing clearly, right there on her sleeve for all to see (even if it was only virtually for now).
It is at times like these that we consider ourselves fortunate to have wonderful community partners like Tony Pulla, top broker for Northumberland County real estate supporting The Children’s Foundation.
Throughout the month of May, be sure to tune into Classic Rock 107.9 to catch his newest ad in support of programs and services for local families in Northumberland County.
Thank you Tony for your support, and together we are #helpingonechildatatime

On Saturday, April 14th, 2018 Danielle Robinson and Jonathan Bodden of the Ottawa Senators Foundation along with Sens COO Rob Mullowney and Vice-President of Communications Roger Lajoie, proudly presented The Children’s
Foundation and four other local charities with a cheque for $25,000 each to support programming that benefits the Bay of Quinte in the areas of health, wellness, education and youth.
The Children’s Foundation Executive Director, Connie Reid is overwhelmed by the support of the new local AHL team and is excited for this partnership and what this will mean for our local children and youth.
The Foundation will utilize these funds for the Playing for Keeps program, which helps to cover the cost of registration fees for local children and youth to be able participate in the activity they love. It is because of amazing partnerships and organizations like the Belleville Senators we are able to help families who are financially struggling.
