Charly Wellings-Gray, Marketing Director, Quinte Mall, Danielle Gilbert, Manager and Gord Fraser with Aeropostale are surrounded by jeans donated by customers for the TEENS FOR JEANS campaign. Aeropostale collects gently used jeans and donates them to a local charity. This year, Quinte Children’s Foundation was one of the lucky recipients.
Connie Reid, Executive Director with Quinte Children’s Foundation and Dana Glass, a Family Services Worker with Highland Shores Children’s Aid were thrilled to receive over 70 pairs of jeans on January 30th. The TEENS for JEANS campaign will run until February 16th at Aeropostale. If you have gently used jeans in your closet that you do not wear drop them off to Aeropostale, Quinte Mall, Belleville. With every jeans donation at the store you can receive 25% off a new pair too.
This is a great partnership between Aeropostale, Highland Shores Children’s Aid, Quinte Mall and Quinte Children’s Foundation. The jeans will be provided to children, teens and families in need who are working with the Society. Dana Glass expressed her appreciation to everyone who had donated jeans and looked forward to helping distribute them to their new owners. Connie Reid, Executive Director with Quinte Children’s Foundation thanked Aeropostale and their amazing team for helping to collect the jeans and on behalf of all the families we are able to help, “Thank you”.
